i was waiting for a package and it didn't come. i had the tracking number but i didn't know how to track it, until today. it has already been delivered but no one was at home on the 23rd dec and now it's somewhere. have to wait til saturday for it it come. silly me!

First Impressions Don't Count!

ok, what's up with the topic. as i grow older, i start to realise that i always judge something or someone based on first impressions. it's not something that is right or wrong, good or bad. sometimes first impressions are very important, especially when you meet people or go for an interview. but most of the time, it's time that really tells you about the quality of a person or of a product.

hee. to cut the story short, let me just say what happened!

crocs. u know, those rubber ugly-looking shoes. they look like clown's wear, with those funny colors and awful size. i would go 'eeee, crocs..!' whenever i see someone wearing it. well just a couple of days ago, i went shopping with jimmy at vivocity and i accidentally walked into crocs. because jimmy's phone rang and we needed to go inside a shop, any shop to get away from the noises at vivocity. and so happened, we stepped into crocs. i realised they have a few designs, not just one awful designs. i saw a pair of mary janes crocs. mary janes! can u believe it? they have crocs mary janes. haha. i thought they looked quite cute so i decided to try a pair of pink rubber mary janes. suddenly, i felt so super comfy, i felt i was going to jump around in happiness. it's so super duper comfy! there goes those ugly impressions of the ugly oversized rubber shoes. i tink i'd be buying some for my family soon, going to taipei to check out the prices first. :)

justin timberlake. i've always thought he is just someone who is handsome and has no talent. just a couple of days ago i was watching tv and i saw him perform live. he is so super talented! he has the looks, the voice and the moves. good. and his songs are good too. there goes the wrong impressions.

haha. i tink i am so bored, that's why i am typing all these.

shopping spree part 3!

christmas eve was a rest day for me and i'm out on christmas for more shopping again!

controlled not to spend too much but the FOX sale was too much for me. hmm. i only bought one pair of track pants so it's ok. bought 2 pairs of socks, one from 77th street and another from ice lemon tee. and some bling blings for my handphone.

jimmy bought a new storage cupboard so that we can put our things inside.

have to make preparations for taipei trip already.. change money.

Shopping spree part 2!

jimmy brought me for shopping on saturday too! what a surprise :)

we went to marina square and there's so many people too! we first went to buy movie tickets for 'night at the museum', after which we went to eat. we went shopping around and jimmy bought some tops, and he bought me leggings and 2 dresses! *happie happie

it was really tiring shopping and finally it's time for our movie. the movie is really nice nice nice! but it was super cold inside the cinema. i nearly lost my handphone cos i dropped it under my seat, but thank God, somehow i felt like looking for my phone and found it.

after the movie we were really exhausted and we took a cab back home. when i got back, i decided the pack the room and i realised i had bought so many things in the past 3 months or so. more than i've ever done in my whole life put together! *that is exaggerated of cos. recently i'm really prone to buyin fashion stuff, dunno why!? and satin is so in, i saw this satin shirt at zara and i really love it. jimmy wants to buy it for me but i find it's too much overpriced. i really love it, how? satin satin.

i feel like buying a gold bag, gold ring and gold heels too. tink i'd hold back the buying urge and let them all out at taipei. it's a smarter idea.

Pre-christmas shopping spree!

before i forget, it's 13 days to taipei! yippee!

2 days back i had ordered a top from msdivineshopper and it's here today!i love it to bits. erm, sometime back i ordered some stuff from my royal dreams and they're here too! a dress-top, a black sweater-cardigan and a jacket for my taipei trip.

went to vivocity today with jimmy. wow it was fun! i think it's been very long since we last went shopping without our business wear and our heavy bags. i was in my jeans and my new msdivineshopper top and a purse, that's all!

heh heh, bought knickers from top shop, a tie for jimmy from topman, cosmetics from beauty credit [!!!!!!!!], a top and a skirt from forever 21. after that we were really tired and went for a late dinner at carls jr. the burgers are big, but tastes like BK. nothing special, really.

i need to scream about Beauty Credit! I was so super excited, cos it's endorsed by Hyun Bin! I didn't know they had come to Singapore! ooooo was so happie inside, the cosmetics are soooo cutie cutie and with posters of hyun bin all over, it's really so yummy :) i bought a birthday gift for cles from there as well!

the candy empire at vivocity sells very expensive chocolates and sweets but well, they're all imported stuff and very hard to find in other candy shop. i hope to go back to vivocity again, it's really cool!!

15 more days to taipei.
today we went for the briefing and my tickets and accomodation all confirmed! and i've already called up the hotel at ximending to book a room for 2 nights for the extension. *happie :)

today had our christmas celebration at club islander. really tired now. tomoro i shall eat the chocolates that i received today. haha

Counting down 21days to Taipei!

Finally it's now less than 20 days wait. I've been counting down since 30+days. The itinery's done, but the tickets and hotel are not confirmed yet. But no worries, I'd get myself there no matter what!

Jiajia, I got ur comment on my previous entry le, just too lazy to log in to publish it, hehe. okie, see ya on the 23rd :) R u going to gimme Liang Cha this time? hehe.

Been sleeping late recently, everynight at 2am. But I still have 6-7 hours of sleep everyday, i guess it is ok? Alot of my friends say I look very tired, different from last time, more bubbly and chubby. Alot of friends say I've lost some weight too [that is good news to me anyway] but they prefer the me last time.. chubby! Well, now also chubby. :)

Tomoro P29 is going to JB again for dinner.

Next Wednesday is Everest Christmas Celebration, Jimmy and I will be hosting the games. We've already done the planning.

Today went to meet Rachelle.. wow she did alot of shopping! Influenced, I bought a dress and a top too. hehe.

Very soon Christmas is coming le, but I haven't thought of what presents to buy yet. Headache every year. Every year I'd think "this year dun buy la" but I'd still end up buying something.

This year is almost coming to an end. I really thank God for His protection and grace in my life. Though it's been more than a year since I stopped going to church, but I know He has never once left my life. This year had been a struggle in many ways, when I almost thought I'm gonna give up, I'd start to say a simple prayer and life would go on. So many times. Thank you God. :)

very long never blog already!!!

anywayz, updates.. now still working very hard for my goals. it is really not easy, as along the way, many unexpected and bad things happened. made me very sad. but i do not want to think about these and i just want to keep on working and leave things to God. I'd just do wat I can do.

Mum is much better already. She can now continue her usual chores and prepare meals for us and take care of us :) but she seldom travels so she'd tell me to buy teeshirts for my brothers when i am out cos she seldom go out already. haha, so funnie.

i'd be going taipei in january, provided the tickets are confirmed. everything's still not confirmed yet but i've got a feeling it'd be confirmed anyway. i've got the itinery done up and i'm super excited. and counting down 28days! less den a month but it really seems very long.

these few weeks will be quite fun.
9 dec is david chin's wedding.. erm, not that it is very fun, but it is after that we're going to chill out somewhere, so pretty excited.
20 dec is everest party, at sentosa. think gonna be fun too :)
23-25 dec most probably going for one of the church services. but it is still too earlie to decide which on i can go. but i think i'd like to go for 23rd de.
24 dec christmas eve!
25 dec christmas day!

2 - 4 jan going to batam for team retreat. planning to go spa already.
5 - 9 jan taipei trip. lots of plans for shopping. gonna bring back lotsa bags and shoes.
