muffins!

i didn't go out today so i decided to try baking something!

muffins!

it seemed realli easy, so i took down the list of ingredients i needed and gathered them altogether! it was really fun mixing the flour, butter and stuff together.. :)
i even added in choco flakes!
here's the muffins inside the oven, smells yummy too!

i made 6 of them in the afternoon to try out. it tasted nice and smells good so i made another 6 to give some to jimmy to bring home.

bad bad spending

i'm a hopeless shoppaholic! :( but at least i keep track of my expenses everyday, which helps me to make sure i balance my expenses. everything happens for a good reason, i'm helping to boost the economy! i'm making myself relief stress!

after acquiring much skincare products, i'm moving more towards cosmetics. haiz.

my latest damages

m.a.c. fluidline [blacktrack]

blacktrack is actualli a solid black eyeliner, the pic i got here is from m.a.c. website, so it's not the color that i got.

i previously got macroviolet, it's a really a nice change from the normal black, grey, brown type of eyeliner. it's still dark colored like a black, but closeup, u'd be able to see it's actualli purplish. i'm throwing out my other liquid eyeliners and pencil ones cos this gel eyeliner from m.a.c. is so much more easier to apply and the texture is fantastic. not to mention it's the most waterproof eyeliner by m.a.c. the brush is bought separately and expensive tho.

i got a $20 birthday voucher from paul & joe! hee. it's great when u're a member somewhere u get perks like that.

i've been using the primer since the beginning of the year, it's september and my first bottle is not used up. since the voucher is only valid for a month so i just got it to stock up first. it come with spf30. great primer with sunblock. makeup base is important! helps to even out skintone and texture as well. :) and it helps to mattify complexion, controls facial oil.


i've been lemming for this [the casing i mean]. i've been using their blotter, find it quite good and cheap as well. surprise! paul and joe's blotters are one of the cheapest, and good. finally, i've bought their casing for the blotter. nice nice :)

Majolica Majorca

i got it online, love the packaging and the heard lots of raves about their products. i'm a mascara lover, so it's so exciting to try out their latest mascaras!
lash expander is for lenthening, lash enamel glamor is for volumising. lash expander is really smooth and great for lengthening. no clumps! goodie! lash enamel glamor is not very volumising i tink. but at least the texture is smooth as well. smooth textures are essential for mascaras if not u'd be fedup with the clumps. and i love comb wands. brushes are not so good in my opinion. comb wands are so much cuter and neater. and i dun have to remove excess on tissue before applying, as comb wands tend to pick up just the right amount of mascara.

i bought a denim skirt and skinny jeans yesterday, from someone i know so got discount! yippee! and i got it as really good deals.

these days had been quite empty.

weather is quite hot.

i asked my mum has she ever felt tired doing the same thing over and over again for the past 30 years [she's been a housewife since 30 years ago]. she gave me a smile and said if she don't do it, no one will do and eventually she still has to do. i asked her again if she felt tired, and she said no.

i guess it's my problem then. my interest span [u know, like, concentration span] is like so short. i get tired of doin the same things over and over again. maybe i'm still young? i remember my mum said that she does get fed-up easily when she was in her twenties. in her 30s and 40s she was quite naggy and fierce and objects to things she dun like. now that she's 50, she's become so much more peaceful, less naggy and seems to still enjoy doing the same things over and over again.

sometimes i go to work late, so i'd see her wake up at 8.30am or 9am. she'd start doing stuff in the kitchen, or going to get groceries. then i'd see her putting things up at the window area to put them under the sun. she'd watch tv for a while and after that lie down at the sofa to rest. when she wakes up, she'd prepare dinner. sometimes in the afternoon she'd go to punggol plaza or rivervale mall. the furthest place she'd travel on her own is to my 5th aunt's place at woodlands.

everyday, every week, every month, every year for the past 3 decades, doing the same things! ahhhhhhh! can i do that?

so sad..

i'm sad becos samshik treated samsoon so badly! altho i know the ending would be so sweet, but i can't help feeling sad and angry!! but den, samshik is still so cute. when he smirks, he looks so evil. looks cute, but feel like slapping him as well.

in case u dunno what i'm talking about, it's 'my lovely samsoon'. can't wait for tmr 10pm!! heeee. my lovely samsoon and samshik!

my lovely sam soon

it's a really nice show, must watch!!

most of my friends will know that i dun like to watch tv.
because:
1)i find that it's a waste of time sitting in front of the tv
2)it's just looking into a screen, nothing very interactive [as compared to surfing the net]
3)it's so tiring!
4)must sit there at a certain time everyday if u wanna catch the whole drama serial
... etc etc

so i prefer to watch movies when i am free, or buy dvd/vcd to watch AS AND WHEN. hee.

but recently, it seems that korean drama is very in. there's this very nice drama called 悄悄爱上你 which is currently showing on sundays 2-4pm. it's a repeat broadcast tho, shows how outdated i am. haha.

den now this 金三顺 thingy.

jimmy was the one who kept asking me to watch, he says it's very funnie. i didn't give much thought to his comment, as it seems every tv show is nice to him and he watches practically everything that is on tv. hahahaha.

until one day, i really sat down and watch. it's super super NICE! funnie. romantic. touching. it's not all about comedy in this show, but it's realli very humane and touching. so sad that i started watching so late.. it's almost like half the drama gone.

so i've got no choice but to rent it. hee. like so auntie-ish. but i did that lor. i went to video ezy at punggol plaza after my parents' birthday dinner, and i rented the first 4 episodes. cheap leh, onli $0.50 per episode for 5 days rental. i only managed to scoop up episode one to four, cos the rest are rented out. ... sad... and guess what? i watched all 4 episodes that night. hehehehe.

and hyun bin is really cute!

now waiting for the rest of the drama to come.
