Sub-Zone Chalet!

i've got soooo much to blog about! by the way the chalet was yesterday and i got home this morning... in a very dazed state. slept for oni 2 hours, but was awoken by my mum, who wanted me to eat lunch...

let me blog in such a way that it won't seem like an essay... [i try..haha]

Games!!= we had games! weisiong,rena,huijun and me led Fear Factor... it was totally yucky! we used stuff like crickets, bees, worms [alive and wriggling!], blood worms, chicken head and intestions [oh they STANK!]. i'm so glad i have the chance to lead this game, cos i am spared! haha.

Weisiong's handphone= i accidentally caused his handphone to drop and the casing almost totally smashed into bits. i was so shocked i almost teared! He was totally cool about it and not a least bit worried or sad or angry... makes me feel reeeeeli bad...

Cellgroup meetings= there were 3 timings, 4pm, 5.15pm and 8pm. i led fear factor with the guys for the 4pm games, after that, i had to go play guitar and lead worship for the 5.15pm cellgroup. so those who attended the 4pm cellgroup would start games at about 5.15pm.

BBQ!= the BBQ started at 6.30pm. sooo mani people! we even 'invaded' the territory of the next door chalet. at 8pm, cellgroup started [yun and i went in to lead praise and worship]. after the p&w, yun and i went out to rest and relax [cos we attended the 5.15pm cg alreadi]. nice marshmellows! i shouldn't have eaten bbq food... i had gastric pain after that.

Supper!= 13 of us stayed overnight at the chalet. that's Bro Vic, Sis Sher, Stanley, Ian, John, Cedric, Weisiong, Rena, Shuzhen, Elaine, Szehui, Charlotte and me. after the people left, we just hang around, resting and relaxing... play guitar, sing along, chat... etc etc. at dunno what time, Brother Tony came! so we all decided to go out and have supper. We had 2 cars [bro tony's and ian's] and one bike [brother vic's]. so the 14 of us packed into them nicely and we went to bedok for supper! PrataS! tISSUE is niceeee. Shuzhen and i shared 3 pratas, but it was too overwhelming for us, so our dear John finished them for us, AGAIN. wahaha

Prayer Meeting = we had a short prayer meeting, couldn't pray too loud cos someone came and complained that we're too loud... so we broke into 2s to pray. i prayed with rena and it was great. we flowed very well and we covered every prayer item nicely when bro vic asked us to finish on our last prayer. after the prayer meeting, we had a time of prophesy so everyone of us shared a word. when we ended, it was 4.30am! so we just rest awhile and when everyone was in the dozy mode, suddenly they started talking about ah lians and ah bengs and gangs and all that, and rena came alive... and stanley also came alive, and suddenly, shuzhen also came up from her seemingly-sleep, sis sher started to cook noodles to makan and elaine finally decided to eat.... time passed and shuzhen and i had to leave at 6am

i really enjoyed myself alot during this chalet. this is by far the best i have attended in all my years! really pray for more opportunities like this. during the prayer meeting, God really spoke to me about the vision of the zone. and that in order for the vision to come to pass, people must start to rise up and stand in the gap and be prayer warriors for the zone. for the battles that we fight is not in the flesh but in the spiritual realm. we need to pray more than ever before.
