First BV Practice

it was GREAT!

supposed to meet joanne and her sister, irene, at 6.30pm for dinner, but they took the wrong bus and would be late. when zixiu came, she was all pale and the first thing she said to me was "i wanna vomit.." i didn't have the chance to say hi to her and we're like hurrying to the ladies so that she can puke. thank God she felt beta after that.

we went to MOS first to have some drinks... chatted and waited til 7plus den joanne and irene came. we went to the foodcourt and they hurriedly ate and after that we hurriedly went to church. thank God that went joanne and i reached the artist room, they'd just started... shaking hands with one another. it was fun! we sat down and had intro. i told them my name, service and that i am still looking out for a job, sister andrea turned to me and asked me "how old are u? what did u study? wanna sell houses?" it was really funny, she's a property agent. after that sis belle said "we have a welcome gift for all of u... and that is... all of u must sing us a song!". all of us were like so super-shocked we screamed. some sang secular songs but most of us were pretty traditional and sang worship songs. hehe. i sang "one desire" my fave song. after that, we're assigned our parts, i'm soprano! sis belle says i can sing both, but more to sop. so it's melody. but i still hope to conquer parts, cos my alto part is not very good.

we all sang a song together [with parts] "Exceeding Joy", it sounded great! after that we all proceeded into the auditorium and we [the new ones] just observed and took down notes. brother eugene explained the IEM to us and we were all very excited but yet confused cos we haven't got a chance to use it yet til the day we're on for duty... til den.

went home with joanne, irene and jeff... we shared cab and i tink next time must take train le... liddat very fierce wor.
