Rev Dr Ulf Ekman's Seminar

okie, now i am blogging for the seminar... Rev. Dr. Ulf is here in Singapore! He preached on tuesday, wednesday and thursday night. it was great! and very exciting! i love conferences cos 1)powerful word of God! 2)get to see everyone Q-ing in kiasuism like 3 hours before the conference. i remember on the first night i reached at 6.50pm [cos i work til 5.30pm] and i nearly couldn't go down. i was among the last 50 people to go down. thank God! my members managed to save a seat for me in the auditorium.

second night, i asked for 1/2hr time off and i reached church at 6.11pm. i went to 3rd floor and my zone members were right in the front of the Q. talking about Kiasuism... they came at 4pm to Q. after the conference, i get to take a free ride home! fifi sponsored the cab to punggol... yay!

third night, i also asked for 1/2hr time off... cos i was too excited. hehe. i didn't have to Q tho, cos i am singing for choir and i get to sit on the stage... it's not comfy but it's well worth it! the 3rd night's about unity and it was fantastic. Dr Ulf preached about the body of Christ, i wish all my members were there to listen.

and gladys passed me a box of home-fried beehoon! made by her mum, for me! i miss them sooo much... the last time i tasted them was like 4 years ago? it was fun, on the way home on the tampines bus, i was eating the beehoon and rara played the zone camp vcd for me to watch. hehe, feels like i'm at home. when we reached tampines, we [me,rara,chelle,gladys,jan,yongkang,khym,noel,john and ianlim] went to S11 to eat. i gladys, jan and i didn't eat cos we weren't hungry. there was an old man there... keep cursing and swearing into thin air... tink he's dranl. ian says he was doing that the previous night too... weird.

oh yea, i cut my fringe[check it out!]!! and i bought new shoes, pointy ones... cos i oni have open-toe shoes and sister bel says can't wear those for choir, so i had to buy non-open-toe shoes. those i saw are pretty awful, cept for pointy ones, they're soooo cute! *hiakz
